We are currently seeking a passionate Men’s Behaviour Change Coordinator ready to make a positive impact in the Family and Domestic Violence field in Communicare.
The Role:
The coordinator will be responsible for developing and delivery of mens behaviour change programs aimed to support men who choose to use violence and/or abuse within their intimate and familial relationships cease the use of these behaviours while maximising the safety of victim survivors and children. The role will lead a team of specialist facilitators ensuring the efficient and effective deployment of resources and the delivery of quality services.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the leadership and management of the Parole In-Reach (PIP) program as well as the implementation of the new Northam Men’s Behaviour Change program.

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight. This role is located in Cannington, with frequent travel to Northam, and Acacia and Wooroloo Prisons.

Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualification or significant experience in family and domestic violence.
Advanced facilitation skills and experience in leading individual and group sessions.
Strong stakeholder engagement abilities and cultural competence in diverse settings.
Knowledge of the National plan to end violence against women and children 2022-2032.
Unrestricted driver's licence, Police clearance, Working With Children Check, and Department of Justice integrity clearance.
