Do you have a passion for customer service and a love for cars? BYD Wollongong is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Service Advisor to be the link between our workshop and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries

Provide accurate information about service needs, costs, and timelines

Liaise with mechanics to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

Maintain service records and manage invoicing

Handle follow-up calls, feedback, and general aftersales care

Deliver a professional and friendly experience to every customer

Requirements:

Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Well-organised with excellent attention to detail

Able to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently

Basic understanding of vehicle servicing (training provided for EVs)

Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office

A team player with a proactive and friendly attitude
