About the Firm

The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a motivated lawyer with 1–4 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) to join their litigation team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of personal injury matters while working closely with experienced senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, your day-to-day work may include:

• Representing clients in court and at mediations/settlement conferences
• Drafting court documents, correspondence, and briefs to counsel
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
• Managing a caseload with support and guidance

About You
To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A degree in law with strong academic results
• 1–4 years’ PAE, ideally with some experience in litigation or personal injury law (e.g., motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation, public liability)
• A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a close-knit team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage your time and work both independently and collaboratively
