We’re partnering with a global industrial leader to find a dynamic, commercially driven Business Development Manager to take the reins of a high-performing territory.

This is more than just a BDM role - it's a chance to inherit long-standing relationships, drive new growth across Australia’s industrial heartlands, and step into a clear succession path with long-term leadership potential.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and grow long-standing client relationships (e.g. in coal, mineral processing, and power gen);
• Identify new opportunities and unlock high-value business across the East Coast;
• Collaborate with a highly experienced technical leader during the transition period;
• Develop your own strategy to expand into new sectors and geographies;
• Provide on-the-ground insights and visibility to drive service excellence; and
• Influence future structure, growth, and leadership of the East Coast team.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in industrial sectors such as mining, engineering, or energy;
• Strong business development skills - a natural hunter with a technical mindset;
• Proven track record in managing complex B2B sales cycles;
• Resilient, proactive, and confident selling high-value, technical refurbishment solutions;
• Background with OEMs or service providers, or deep understanding of end-user specs and needs; and
• Comfortable in a high-autonomy role with structured systems and big-picture thinking.
