The Role

A perfect role for someone looking for afternoon shift with a logistics and administration background. You'll be a vital link between our operations, drivers, and clients, ensuring everything runs efficiently and on time. Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, you’ll:

Create driver manifests.

Verify all interstate driver paperwork is correct.

Coordinate and verify freight bookings and customer documentation.

Monitor and update linehaul movements.

Maintain accurate records, handle data entry, and support compliance tracking.

Respond to internal and external emails professionally and promptly.

Work closely with a friendly, supportive operations team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’ll bring:

Prior administration experience in a fast-paced setting.

Logistics background.

Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

High attention to detail and great organisational skills.

The ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.

A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn new systems.

Solid IT literacy and quick learning ability.
