Our client is a well-established national distributor known for their commitment to quality products and outstanding service. They are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Administrator with a forklift license for their Dandenong South warehouse.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift

• Processing outbound orders including, generating delivery paperwork and closing orders as they are shipped
• Building freight runs and booking deliveries with freight providers and/or company transport

• Using Microsoft D365 as main operating system

• General administration duties inc. data entry tasks

• Operating a manual MR box truck safely and efficiently
• Performing other duties as instructed by the Warehouse Supervisor, including working on the warehouse floor
• Work with freight forwarders

• Assist with stocktake & Inventory control processes

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• A valid Forklift License
• The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks up to 30kgs
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with a commitment to long-term employment
• Immediate availability to start
• Unlimited working rights in Australia
• Capable of learning new processes and systems
