The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced E-Recruit Specialists across all levels from APS5 through to EL2 and above. Whether you’re early in your HR systems journey or a senior specialist with deep technical expertise, there’s a place for you to contribute and grow.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead process improvements and customise the eRecruit system, making a real difference to both the candidate and hiring manager experience. The Role

Manage and improve the eRecruit system to deliver smooth, efficient, and user-friendly recruitment services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and maintaining the eRecruit system
  • Providing expert advice and troubleshooting support to hiring managers and HR staff
  • Leading system improvements and automation initiatives
  • Building and maintaining reporting and analytics
  • Reviewing internal processes and system usage
  • Developing and delivering training and user guides
  • Managing system upgrades, testing, and configuration updates
  • Supporting reporting, dashboards, and data integrity across recruitment processes
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve the candidate experience

The Ideal Person

You’re a systems-savvy professional with a strong background in HR, recruitment, or business systems. You understand the recruitment lifecycle and have experience supporting or administering an eRecruitment system, ideally HireRoad / Acendre. You bring an analytical mindset, enjoy problem-solving, and are always thinking about how things could work better.

Your communication style is clear and approachable, and you’re confident supporting stakeholders at all levels. Whether you're rolling out a new system update or guiding a team member through a tricky recruitment task, you take a calm, solutions-focused approach. Most importantly, you’re someone who takes pride in your work and enjoys making systems smoother and smarter for everyone.

Salary / Rate

  • Typical salaries would be in the $80/hr - $130/hr (negotiable depending on experience)
  • 6 – 12 Month Labour Hire Contracts
