Sovereign lives Victoria is an NDIS provider of integrated residential and community care support services. We are looking for a Registered Nurse for Perth WA with the following qualifications, preferably someone who lives in Banksia Grove WA or nearby suburbs.

Qualification and other requirements:

Bachelor/Master of Nursing (certificate and transcripts)

Certificate of registration (APHRA)

NDIS Working Screening Check

Police Check

Working with Children Check

100 points of IDs

3 COVID 19 vaccinations certificate

Must be available for following shifts 10am - 12:00 pm, 4pm - 6:00pm, and 12:00 am - 06:00am.
