CAN Hospitality Group operates a diverse portfolio of hotels in the Illawarra Region. We are currently looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead the team of hospitality professionals at The Belmore Apartments Hotel & Wollongong Serviced Apartments

Located in the heart of Wollongong these busy hotels comprising of 55 rooms, requires enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to lead the team whilst undertaking the daily management and development of the property.

Candidates must have the essential criteria listed below to be considered for this role.

Essential Criteria

· Prior Operational Lead or Hotel Management experience.

· Drive guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards

· Foster a strong team culture through leadership and training

· Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards

· Strong administration and time management skills

· Experience with Property management systems – RMS or equivalent

· A passion for customer service

Who You Are

· Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar senior hospitality leadership role

· Passionate about customer service and creating memorable guest experiences

· Hospitality qualifications and/or relevant training desirable

· The role will require you to work on a rotating roster including weekends

Reception hours Mon-Fri 9:00 am 6:00 pm

Sat 10:00 am 4:00 pm

Sunday and Public Holidays 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
