About the role:
Operating within School Operations, the Student Services Officer is responsible for providing Student Services support for students enrolling on campus. This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the National School of Education (NSE) Course Administration Team, State and Deputy Heads on campus, Course Co-ordinators and Lecturers in Charge, Faculty Office, Student and Administration directorate to provide students a customer-centric student experience throughout their journey at ACU

Total remuneration valued to $98,701 - $106,847 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $83,404 - $90,287 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
