Role Responsibilities:

Interpret customer needs and locate the correct parts for their vehicles

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and recommendations

Collaborate with the repair team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts

Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient

Keep up-to-date with new parts and technologies in the automotive industry

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive parts interpretation or a related field is preferred

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and accuracy in part identification and orders

Team player with a positive attitude
