About the position
Located at the stunning Sfera's Park Suites & Convention Centre, the Marketing and In-House Events Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing community engagement through quality events and hospitality. As we expand our in-house offerings and elevate our marketing strategies, an exciting opportunity now exists to join our team on a fixed-term two year contract!
Key responsibilities include:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver in-house events aligned with brand goals and community engagement outcomes.
Manage and grow social media platforms to increase engagement and brand following.
Design and implement promotional materials using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Respond to event and group booking enquiries, converting leads to confirmed sales.
Maintain digital presence through regular website updates and digital marketing campaigns.
Work collaboratively with venue operations and hospitality staff to ensure successful event delivery and outstanding customer

About you
You bring experience in marketing, event coordination, function sales, and hospitality service delivery.
You are proactive, creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about community impact.
You are confident working weekends or outside of standard business hours when events require.
Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and Police Check.

Salary range is between $89,231 - $95,173 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience and qualifications.
