We’re seeking qualified Electricians for a short-term project in Balranald, NSW, focusing on the installation and integration of low-voltage systems for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

ROLE DETAILS:

• $160 per day LAFHA
• $58 per day Travel Allowance

• Location: Balranald, NSW
• Rate: $58/hr + Penalties
• Roster: Monday – Saturday (6 days on, 1 day off)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Project Duration: Approx. 3 weeks - ASAP start
• Allowances:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation of electrical wiring, conduits, and circuitry
• Setup and connection of battery storage units
• Installation of inverters and chargers (DC ↔ AC)
• LV system installation including transformers and circuit breakers
• Electrical testing (IR tests, continuity, voltage checks)
• Full system integration and calibration
• Monitoring and fault diagnosis of BESS components
• Routine maintenance and electrical repairs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Electrical Licence (Essential)
• Experience in low-voltage systems and BESS is highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and follow electrical schematics
• Strong safety and compliance mindset
