This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in electrical work, looking to take the next step in their career by contributing to high-profile projects in the Mechanical Electrical, BMS (Building Management Systems), and Energy Management sectors. You will play a key role in electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on major construction projects.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

Carry out electrical installations on Commercial BMS and Mechanical Electrical projects

Support the installation and retro-fits of Mechanical Services Switchboards.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with a solutions-driven approach.

Ensure compliance with Australian standards and safety regulations in all electrical work.

Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Review project plans and specifications to ensure clear understanding of tasks.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a client-centric approach.

Continuously seek to enhance your skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Licensed NSW Electrician with relevant qualifications (NSW Supervisor/Contractors Licence) - Essential

Experience in Mechanical Electrical and BMS projects is highly desirable.

Proven experience as a licensed electrician.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.

Honest, trustworthy and keen to mentor other electricians and apprentices.

Experience working customer-facing, always striving to exceed client expectations.

Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations in the electrical industry.

You must be willing to work in regional NSW (up-to 2 hours from Sydney) as part of the role.
