About the role

As a Cafe Team Leader at Commercial Hotel, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling cafe. This casual position is located in Junee NSW 2663 and will see you leading a team of talented baristas and servers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the cafe team to ensure prompt and friendly service

Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality

Overseeing stock management and inventory control

Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues

Providing on-the-job training and coaching for the cafe team

Reporting on cafe performance and making recommendations for improvements

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar cafe team leader or supervisor role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Must Have NSW current RSA and willing to obtain or already have RCG

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Sound knowledge of cafe operations, including stock control and cash handling

Barista skills and a passion for creating high-quality coffee and food

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays
