Capstone are partnered with a respected Melbourne-based Tier 3 commercial builder that delivers high-quality government, education, and community infrastructure projects across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of secured work in both metro and regional areas, they’re now seeking a capable Project Manager to take full control of project delivery.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects typically ranging from $1M to $15M, including schools, civic centres, healthcare facilities, and community assets. You’ll lead all aspects of the build from procurement and subcontractor management to cost control, program, and client engagement.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• At least 2–4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• A proven ability to run projects independently, without daily oversight
• Strong planning, commercial and coordination skills
• Professional communication style and client-facing confidence
• Trade or degree background in construction (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with government or D&C projects is highly regarded
