About Us:
Welcome to Motivate Kids, where passion and purpose unite to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Counsellor/Mental Health Social Worker to join us in our mission. At Motivate Kids, we believe in empowering children through creative, engaging and personalised Paediatric Therapy. We are searching for professionals who will help us offer extended services to our community and who share our commitment to nurturing growth and well-being.
What makes working with us different?
Motivate Kids is home to more than 20 clinicians, with purpose-built studios in Broadview and Salisbury. We also partner with local schools and early learning centres to support kids where they learn and play. We’re known for combining evidence-based frameworks with a values-led, neuroaffirming approach. Just as we care deeply for the families we support, we care for each other too - we’ve built a team culture where play, purpose, and professional excellence co-exist. Our studios are well-resourced, well-supported, and our clinicians are encouraged to follow their interests — because we know that when our team feels seen, valued, and equipped, kids thrive too.
