We're looking for an experienced, passionate FOH professional to help lead a small team in our cottage amongst the garden. Sustainable cuisine across both breakfast and lunch service, specialising in house made goods sourced locally and foraged. Day time shifts only, delivering a busy breakfast service followed by lunch service of both a la carte and tasting menu format. A 40 bottle South Australian wine list to manage, locally roasted coffee to serve alongside our ever-changing menu.
