Only About Children is currently seeking passionate and reliable Casual Educators (Cert III and Diploma) to support our beautiful centres across the Bayside region (Brighton East, Hampton & Cheltenham. Whether you're building your experience, returning to early childhood, or just want extra hours to fit around study or other commitments this is a great opportunity to do meaningful work, with a team that supports you.

You'll work at one of our Bayside campuses, supporting different age groups and gaining valuable experience in a range of learning environments.

This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026.

What You'll Need:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working toward it)

A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to jump into different rooms

An understanding of child safety and wellbeing

Confidence working across a variety of age groups

Availability for a range of shift times
