Casual Educators play an essential part of our team at Explorers Dandenong, providing support to our permanent team members and, of course, the children in our care.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Collaborate with and support the team in delivering our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
• Provide quality care and education for the children in our service.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both children and families.
• Foster a nurturing and safe environment for all children.

You will have:

• You hold an approved ACECQA qualification (Certificate III or Higher).
• A demonstrated passion for children, their development, and a strong commitment to child safety
• First Aid Training
• Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
• Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
• Native or Proficiency in speaking Farsi Highly Desirable
• Australian working rights – Visa/Passport
