We’re seeking a Senior Physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years’ private practice experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role ideally suited to a passionate and confident clinician who’s looking to take the next step in their career—whether that’s mentoring junior staff, shaping clinical practices, or contributing to service development.

Your Role

Independently manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal and active clients

Lead with clinical excellence in assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education

Guide less experienced clinicians and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing

Collaborate with other allied health professionals for integrated care

Be proactive in CPD and support innovation in clinical delivery

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA registered Physiotherapist with 5+ years’ private practice experience

Strong clinical reasoning and confident caseload management

Experience or interest in mentoring junior staff

Reformer Pilates trained (or willing to train)

Warm, engaging communicator with a genuine patient-centred approach

Full working rights in Australia
