ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on quality and compliance role where you'll be the go-to person for maintaining and improving compliance frameworks across the business. Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you'll support internal audits, ensure regulatory alignment, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing guidance, training, and insights to foster a proactive quality-first culture.

DUTIES

  • Perform Regular Audits: Conduct internal audits and assessments of processes and services to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Use data and metrics to analyse performance and quality outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to optimise operational efficiency
  • Collaborate for Improvement: Work closely with various departments to drive continuous improvement and ensure that quality standards are consistently met
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of relevant industry regulations and standards while providing guidance and support to departments in understanding and adhering to compliance requirements
  • Collect and Analyse Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback, performance data, and other relevant information to identify trends and areas for business improvement

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • You have in-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, principles, and best practices
  • You have the ability to display understanding of the quality and compliance process outside of production industries
  • You have proven experience in conducting quality audits, assessments, and evaluations within an organisation
  • You have a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures
  • You are experienced in analysing data to identify quality issues and trends and making recommendations for improvement
  • Your background includes substantial experience in the field, showcasing your ability to drive quality and compliance initiatives effectively
  • Working in a cross-functional team environment to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail in identifying any discrepancies or non-compliance issues in processes
