I’m working with a well-established WA business to find a site-based IT Support / Infrastructure Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

You’ll be the main IT contact on site, responsible for everything from day-to-day support through to infrastructure and network admin. It’s a great role for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and wants to be part of a solid, down-to-earth team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site L1/L2 IT support across hardware and software
• Maintain infrastructure including servers, networks, and comms equipment
• Administer Microsoft systems, backups, and user access
• Troubleshoot connectivity and system issues
• Liaise with the Perth-based IT team for escalations and projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in IT support, infrastructure, and networks
• Solid knowledge of switches, firewalls, and general networking
• Comfortable working independently in a FIFO/site environment
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Must be Perth-based and able to fly from Perth Airport
