We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Team Member who’s ready to take the next step and help lead our retail warehouse operations. You’ll be a key player on the floor — lifting, sorting, and serving — while also supporting management with stock control, team coordination, and day-to-day operations.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience who’s ready to grow into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with daily warehouse operations — receiving, dispatching, and organizing stock

Take ownership of inventory accuracy, stocktakes, and supplier deliveries

Help lead and train junior team members

Ensure the workspace is clean, safe, and well-organized

Use computer systems for order processing, inventory, and reporting

Support customer pickups and occasional deliveries

Communicate with store and sales staff to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring:

Experience in a warehouse or retail back-of-house role

A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

Confidence using computers and inventory systems

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely

A team-first mindset with leadership potential

Forklift license a bonus (but not essential)
