The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse. This role is all aspects of warehousing from inbound to outbound, including Container, truck unloading, manual lifting and pushing, forklift work, some assembly and general warehouse duties related to WMS, Inventory control and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Unload, receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners

Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies

Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage

Ability to perform physical tasks including manual container unloading.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS

Strong attention to detail and time management

Forklift license

Continuous Improvement Mindset

Forklift Ticket: A valid forklift ticket is required.

Working Conditions:

This role may require working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
