We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable ADAS Calibration Technician to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
As an ADAS Calibration Technician, you will be responsible for the precise calibration of camera, radar, lidar, and ultrasonic sensor systems in vehicles after repair, replacement, or alignment. You will work with both OEM and aftermarket equipment, ensuring that systems such as lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and emergency braking operate correctly and meet manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform static and dynamic calibrations on ADAS-equipped vehicles using Autel state of the art calibration equipment.
Set up calibration environments and targets according to vehicle-specific procedures
Use diagnostic scan tools and software to verify sensor alignment and system readiness
Work closely with collision technicians, and shop leads to coordinate ADAS calibrations.
Document completed work, including pre- and post-calibration scans, photos, and technician notes
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and calibration of all tools and equipment
Stay current with ADAS technology developments, vehicle models, and calibration protocols
Diagnose issues related to ADAS non calibration.
Diagnose and repair wiring faults within vehicle systems.
Qualifications:
2 - 5 years of experience in automotive service, diagnostics, or ADAS calibration
Proficiency with aftermarket calibration equipment (e.g., Autel) (Training will be provided)
Basic understanding of vehicle electronic systems, sensor alignment, and calibration procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow OEM guidelines precisely
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred:
Experience with mobile service or dealership ADAS operations
Use of Autel scan tools or ADAS equipment.
Familiarity with insurance or collision repair workflows
