What We’re Looking For

We're after a technician who still enjoys the trade but wants to work somewhere that values them.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Are Cert III qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanical (or equivalent)

Have 4+ years post-trade experience, especially in diagnostics, repairs, and systems thinking

Understand that quality work and customer trust go hand in hand

Work with calm focus, take pride in what you do, and don’t cut corners

Are a clear communicator - both with your team and with clients when needed

Enjoy supporting others and being part of a steady, capable crew

Hold a current Australian driver’s licence

Want a role that’s stable, respectful, and worth staying in long-term
