- Maintaining relationships with carrier partners, ensuring optimal service delivery, pricing, and compliance.
- Monitor carrier performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and procurement teams.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and provide resolutions promptly.
- Stay updated on market conditions and regulatory changes affecting freight transport.
About You
- Previous experience in a Carrier Manager or similar logistics/freight forwarding role
- Excellent understanding of transport modes and market pricing
- Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and carriers
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience using freight/logistics software systems
