Employment Term: Permanent Full-Time opportunity, Monday - Friday
Location: Bundaberg Pioneer Aged Care Facility
Remuneration: $31.94 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (increases your take home pay)

About the role:
As a Rostering Officer our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long- and short-term rosters
Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions
Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements
Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off
Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues
Role Requirements:
Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Experience within payroll administration
Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage
