About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Lead to continue with GSHS's Cancer Survivorship Model of Care Project.

As a Clinical Lead you will be responsible for:

Undertaking a current state analysis

Develop clinical pathways to support a Survivorship model of care

Lead and contribute to the development of a tailored communication and marketing plan and associated materials ready for Program Rollout.

About You

The successful applicant should possess the following:

AHPRA Registered Nurse

A minimum of 3 years experience in oncology.

Approved post graduate nursing qualifications in Oncology/Management or other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients/consumers and multidisciplinary health care teams

Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. All applicants will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
