About the role ( ND shift)

Hakea Grove Aged Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team on ND Shift, times are 2230 to 0645. This is preferably a part-time or full-time role for those with a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) to contribute to the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you'll be doing

Assisting residents with personal care activities

Monitoring and reporting on residents' physical, mental and emotional wellbeing

Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards to ensure the highest level of care

What we're looking for

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing)

Demonstrated compassion, patience and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of older adults

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families

Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Reliable, organised and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
