Key Requirements:

· Certificate III: Must have a Certificate III in Personal Care, Aged Care, Community, or Individual Support.

· Experience: A minimum of six months paid experience working in residential aged care.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

· Empathy: A genuine sense of empathy and compassion for the elderly is a must.

· Vaccinations: Evidence of three Covid-19 vaccinations and current Flu vaccination required.

Your Role:

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older Australians living in residential aged care facilities. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene and supporting a multi-disciplinary team. As a preferred supplier to respected aged care facilities across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, YNA has a wide selection of shift options.
