Join our client’s fun and dynamic property investment company based in Sydney's CBD. This is a temp role starting ASAP for 6 weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity for an office manager to join a business support the running of the sydney office of 30 people and assist the director with PA duties. This role is situated on Reception and will be client-facing. Therefore, this person will be the face of the business. Welcoming guests and clients, assisting with meeting room set up.

Typical Responsibilities include:
Maintaining and developing relationships with service providers, including air conditioning, housekeeping & cleaners, security, and office maintenance.
Updating the system with any requests from the Director
Maintain the upkeep of the kitchen, ordering in supplies and unpacking the dishwasher.
Ordering the office stationery supplies.
Resolving and troubleshooting IT issues, and maintaining relationships with the IT provider.
Renewing contracts with office services, e.g. printers.
Managing the meeting room bookings, ensuring a smooth and coordinated booking system on Outlook.
Setting up video conference calls.
Assisting with accounts administration and data entry.
Assisting with HR, setting up new starters, and welcome packs.
Managing training new starters on existing systems and basic training around the office.
Responsible for keeping a calendar of important dates, birthdays, and anniversaries and celebrating these accordingly.
General administration, formatting documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Planning events and staff socials
Being the go-to person for the office
