ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be on assignment by us to provide nursing care to Aged Care residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities where you provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including but not limited to medication management, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff, promoting dignity, respect, and autonomy for all individuals.

Leads and supports the clinical and personal care and if required activity of staff on each shift to consistently deliver safe, quality consumer-centred care.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Minimum 6 months in Aged Care (preferred)

Current National Police Check

Current Senior First Aid / CPR Certificate

Mandatory current Flu Vaccination proof

Fully Covid vaccinated as per SA government requirements

Must have or be willing to obtain an NDIS workers screening card

Must have a driver’s licence, a reliable car and a mobile phone
