This pivotal Senior Sign Installer role goes beyond traditional installation. You'll lead our dedicated installation team, becoming the go-to expert for all on-site operations and significantly easing the workload of our project managers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards and ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Lead and mentor our installation team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to our exacting quality standards.

Be the primary hands-on installer for complex and high-end commercial signage projects, with a strong emphasis on the precise application of decorative window films and tint.

Oversee site preparation, installation logistics, and quality control.

Act as the key on-site liaison, problem-solving and making critical decisions to keep projects on track.

Ensure all installations reflect our commitment to superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Collaborate closely with project managers, providing expert insights and updates.

Potentially transition into a Project Management role if you wish to advance your career in that direction.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Senior Sign Installer, with a demonstrably high level of proficiency in installing decorative window films and tint. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide an installation team.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless, high-quality work.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in signage installation.
