🧭 About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker at Project Possible, you’ll provide person-centred support across a range of settings—whether that’s helping with daily living at home, supporting clients to engage in the community, or being a trusted companion as they pursue their goals.

Your role will include:

Providing individualised support in line with participants’ needs and goals

Supporting with personal care, routines, and household tasks

Facilitating social participation, hobbies, and community connection

Encouraging independence, skill-building, and confidence

Creating safe, empowering, and inclusive environments

You're someone who shows up with heart. You're empathetic, reliable, and truly committed to helping others thrive.

You’ll need:

Experience or genuine interest in supporting people with disability

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A trauma-informed, person-first approach

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

First Aid & CPR certification (desired)

Driver’s licence & access to insured vehicle

COVID-19 vaccinations (in line with regulations)

Bonus points if you’ve worked in community access, mental health, or complex care—but we also welcome newcomers ready to learn and grow!
