We're currently seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales Representative to join a leading premium mattress brand at their MYER Pacific Fair location. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong retail or customer service background who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is looking to join a supportive and professional team.

Role Overview:

• Location: Pacific Fair, inside MYER
• Schedule: 3 days per week (Rotating fortnightly roster: Mon, Thurs, Sat / Mon, Thurs, Fri)
• Hours: 15 hours per week
• Start: ASAP

What We're Looking For:

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
• Strong customer focus and ability to work autonomously
• Passionate, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Well-presented with good organisational skills
• Flexibility to travel between locations, if needed
• Multilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Bedding or similar industry experience is a plus (not essential)

Training:
You will be provided with product and in-store training over a few weeks with existing team members. Initial shifts may be shorter as you get up to speed, with a regular schedule following.
