Job Purpose:

To support the warehouse and stores team by accurately picking, packing, and processing orders, ensuring stock is correctly handled, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on job sheets or system instructions.

Ensure all items are checked for accuracy, quality, and expiry dates before dispatch.

Label and store incoming stock in the correct bins or shelving areas.

Rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) system is maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store and warehouse areas.

Participate in stocktakes and inventory checks.

Follow all WHS and company policies and procedures.

Perform other warehouse or stores-related duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or pick and pack role preferred.

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Basic computer or scanning system skills an advantage.

Knowledge of stock rotation and handling procedures.
