Our Dogs & Cats Pet Transport is a small company offering personalised services to clients who are moving their pets internationally.

We are seeking a new team member who can provide administration support and online marketing. In this role you will be working from home, ideally Mon, Wed & Fri from 9am-12pm (although this can be flexible for the right person). This role has the potential to grow further and has extra hours (daily) through August.

As a WFH position, you can be located anywhere in Australia, although being in Victoria and close to Tullamarine is a bonus, but not essential. You will need to have a working computer and good internet connection.

In this role, you will work directly with the company owner (virtually), where you will be a first point of contact for new clients, quoting job requests. Online marketing (primarily through Facebook) of the company to push for more leads and building brand image/awareness will be your main tasks, thus marketing experience is essential. This role will have a combination of tasks to keep you engaged, mixing both creative skills and task sets. There will be on the job training for the company systems and processes.

You will bring to the team:

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Strong initiative and the ability to work independently

Solid computer skills, experience with Xero and G-Suite ideal, but not essential

A positive attitude, loyalty, and a drive to deliver excellent service

Marketing experience

Strong attention to detail

Pay will be above the Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020 award, the exact amount dependent upon your skills and experience.
