We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for participants through the development and implementation of person-centered behaviour support plans. This position requires collaboration with participants, families, support coordinators, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to behaviour support.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conduct behaviour assessments
• Create interim and comprehensive PBSP's that will then be delivered to the appropriate avenues, along with delivering training to carers and support teams
• Collaborate with participants, families and support coordinators to ensue a holistic approach is provided to participants
• Provide the training that supports all behaviour support plans, and make adjustments when and if needed
• Continuous monitoring of behaviours and updating behaviour recording data
• Maintain case notes through Participant files on Mypcorp
• Proficient in uploading appropriate data to PRODA
• Proficient in billing services
• Participate in team meetings and discussions relating to work

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficient in Behaviour Support
• Proof of endorsement for proficiency
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children check (WWC)
• Australian drivers license
