About the role

Pied Piper Frozen Pastries Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Hand to join our team in Underwood, Queensland. This full-time position is an integral part of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our frozen pastry products.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of frozen pastry products according to production schedules and quality standards

Operating industrial machinery and equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and packaging machines, in a safe and efficient manner

Performing manual tasks, such as weighing, mixing, and packing ingredients, to support the overall production process

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, ensuring the production area meets all relevant health and safety standards

Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production role, preferably within the food or beverage industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures with a high degree of accuracy

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
