Job Connect is currently recruiting Process Workers / Assemblers for a well-established and successful trade supplies manufacturer based in Yatala. This is an entry-level role – ideal for those wanting to break into light assembly work or continue their production career with supportive, hands-on training! What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable work history – ideally over 1 year with previous employers, showing you're committed and dependable.
• Prior experience in Assembly, Process Work, or Manufacturing is a plus, but not essential.
• Own transport is essential – limited access to public transport in the area.
• Full Australian working rights required – we are unable to offer sponsorship or accept overseas applicants.

• Stable Monday to Friday schedule – 38 hours/week, starting at 6:30 AM

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assembling product components at your individual workbench using hand tools and small press machines
• Working independently while being part of a supportive team environment in a clean, organised factory
• Performing repetitive, hands-on tasks with some variety – ideal if you enjoy structured, manual work
• Inspecting your own work to maintain consistent, high-quality standards
