What is our Senior Clinical Trials Research Officer role?
Senior Clinical Trials Research Officer contributes to the promotion and evaluation of clinical trials and research programs, and undertakes the collection, analysis and the generation of reports which contribute to submissions for consideration and review by internal and external stakeholders and committees. This role assists with the development and delivery of education programs and resources for use by those involved in clinical trials and research programs. In addition, this role assists clerical staff within the clinical trials research team, trial patients, members of the multidisciplinary team and other interested parties.

Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector. To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.

Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
