You are:

You're a Product Analyst (or Project Analyst with product experience) with experience in collateral management, risk, stakeholder engagement and assisting with training material.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are imperative, and you'll ideally have an understanding of project management.

Coming from a financial services background & with a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.

The Role:

As the Product Analyst you will be working closely with the Product Owner and Business Analysts in a squad environment across a project transitioning to a new platform.

They are building a new merchant terminal to help with resiliency, with a customer-centric focus, to really put them ahead of their competitors.

You'll support the PO in defining & developing a roadmap & backlog items, managing prioritisation based off information you gather from stakeholders.

This is an initial 12 month project that will likely be a multi-year engagement, due to a big project pipeline.

Skills / Experience / Background:

• Product Analyst with a couple of years experience
• Will consider Project Analysts if you have exposure to payments products
• Background in financial services
• Experience with payments platforms
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in collateral management
• Can assist the PO with training material & documentation
• Strong risk management -can identify & raise risks as they move to the new platform
• Support Product Owner with backlog items and developing roadmap
