Deliver meaningful change for young people and their families across Melbourne's East.

At Each, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Our Youth and Family Counsellors are at the heart of this mission—working alongside young people (aged 12–25) and their families to support recovery, resilience, and connection.

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Youth and Family Counsellor to join our welcoming, multidisciplinary team based in Nunawading. This role is part of a free support service offered to young people who live, work, study, or spend time in the Outer Eastern areas of Melbourne, helping them and their families work through tough times and build stronger relationships.

Your role, your impact

As a Youth and Family Counsellor, you will:

  • Deliver therapeutic counselling to young people and their families through one-on-one support, family work, or group work
  • Facilitate recovery and development goals tailored to each young person
  • Support families to rebuild connection and strengthen relationships
  • Undertake assessments, intakes, and evaluations using best-practice approaches
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
  • Collaborate with the broader Youth Services team and contribute to service development
