About the role

ENERRO PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Newman, Western Australia. As a casual Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations as part of our onsite installation team, operating a range of machinery to support the construction process. What you'll be doing

Safely and efficiently operate a variety of machines and equipment to carry out tasks

Perform regular maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety

Monitor production processes and identify any issues or inefficiencies, taking appropriate action to resolve them

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and support the overall objectives of the business

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhancing our processes

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a similar machine operator or manufacturing role, preferably within the Mining, Resource or infrastructure industry

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues as they arise

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

A valid driver's licence and the ability to work in a casual capacity
