About the role

• High - paced, professional, ward environment providing support to a multidisciplinary team in addition to Nurse Unit Managers, patients and their families.
• Undertake visit transactions in CorePAS/WebDelacy to accurately reflect patient details and their movements whilst inpatients.
• Responsible for the effective management of the clerical and administrative activities within the ward or unit.
• Ensuring patient information is accurate and up to date in the Patient Administrative System (CorePAS).
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to the release of information guidelines at all times.

About you

• Experienced administrator or customer service officer with a background in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills, customer service skills and demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent computer literacy.
