About the Position

Your primary responsibilities will be to Supervise and Manage a team of cleaners onsite from Monday to Friday and the occasional weekends as required. You will be responsible to Roster, train, mentor, and lead a team of cleaners on a large site. You will be required to ensure all daily cleaning works and standards are met work is always undertaken within the daily shifts time frame. You will maintain strong control over your site budgets and provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager and state manager ensuring communication is always open and transparent.

What we are looking for

A Enthusiastic and Reliable Cleaning Supervisor / Manager to help manage sites across Sydney.

A background in the commercial cleaning and facilities area in particular commercial, Industrial and Retail cleaning services and more

Great Experience in the cleaning industry across a variety of industries including commercial offices, Food Hygiene, commercial Buildings, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial, Retail Facilities and more

Appoint competent cleaning subcontractors / Cleaning Staff to various sites and start-up new sites etc

Undertake site inspections and liaise with management on a daily basis as well as our State Manager

Have the Ability to lead a team of cleaners and staff as well having excellent staff management skills

Very Reliable, passionate and the ability to deliver results with limited direction – being independent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Able to Problem solve and work at a efficient and professional manner and pace with the teams

Ability to provide a high standard of service and great client relationship skills

A high level of computer skills, personal grooming and dress standard
