About the role

In this full-time or part-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage broker and ensuring a seamless lending experience for our clients. Based in Mackay, this role offers the opportunity to work within the Banking & Financial Services industry, specialising in Mortgages with room for career growth within the business.
What you'll be doing
Liaising with clients to gather all necessary documentation for loan applications
Preparing and submitting loan applications to lenders
Tracking the progress of loan applications and keeping clients informed of status updates
Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients
Maintaining accurate records and files for all loan applications and compliance requirements
Collaborating with the broader team to identify process improvements and streamline operations
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar loans processing or mortgage administration role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Proficiency in using industry-standard mortgage and lending software applications
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
A team-oriented approach and the willingness to contribute to the overall success of the business
