We’re currently recruiting two full-time positions — a Civil Designer in Cairns, QLD and a Civil Engineer in Edmonton, QLD. These are exciting opportunities to join a dynamic consultancy and take the next step in your career with real responsibility and support.

About You
You’re a motivated and proactive professional looking to deepen your experience in civil engineering design. You’re ready to take on broader responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to a close-knit team delivering diverse land development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce concept, preliminary and detailed designs (modelling, documentation and reports)
• Prepare and lodge Operational Works documentation with local authorities
• Assist Project Managers through the full project lifecycle
• Support and mentor cadet designers within the team

Key Skills & Attributes

• Associate Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• No less than 3 years of experience in civil design consultancy in Australia (other levels also encouraged to apply)
• Solid understanding of earthworks, roads, stormwater, sewerage, water, and ESC
• Proficient in 12D Model and AutoCAD
• Team-oriented with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset
• Either already based in North Queensland or open to relocation
• Only suitable for candidates already residing in Australia with full working rights (No sponsorships offered).
